I've quit so many times, I do feel like Mark Twain.lol But I think now I will need the support of this old gf and the creative juices from the active gropers to keep me inactive. I've been wanting to quit for years. I've quit many times, but this time it may be for real. I've been clean for 3 days already. I found my an old gf, who is single at the moment, and have been seeing her everyday. I don't have the same emotions i once had for her, but I feel comfort knowing that I can have her anytime. Maybe we are getting back together, I don't know. I don't know how long I will not frot, or how long we will go out with each other...but it feels good and it feels clean.

Yes, you have uncontrollable psychological urge. But if it is more intense when you are intoxicated, you may stop drinking. Likewise if it is more intense when you are in crowd, you may avoid crowd, etc. You may not able to kill your psychological urge, but you may be able to find what trigger the action and avoid them.
Meanwhile: Some women have strong urge to eat more and more. Some have unsatisfiable urge not to eat food. Have you talked with one of them? Those urge are so strong, many women are directly or indirectly being killed. Maybe they would understand (and not ridicule) your urge.

I started becoming curious about sex when I was very young. The older I got, the more out of hand my groping addiction became, and it's come to the point where it has made me the subject of painful ridicule and shunning on the part of some people who used to be friends of mine.
