Frot free for a long time now

Hello all,just checking in and saying hello. I'm frot free, guilt free, and never late to work for a long time now. I avoid crowded areas, aggressive women with swinging arms, etc.

g86 - I was addicted. Like with tobacco or alcohol, addictions enslave you and you are out of control. I wanted self control back in my life, so I wanted to quit frotting. And fortunately for me, I used martial arts and exercise to enhance the other qualities in me, like my appearance, which has reduced depression to nill, and also the urge to frot for some kind of strange gratification. In other words, success in work, success in appearance, have replaced the urge to have success in frotting. Literally, I would need the success in frotting to have a good day. Success in frotting would set and control my mood for the day, for the week. The more i had the more I needed it more. I had to get out, and I got out. and it really all looks very silly now. Frotting women are real too, for those who are looking you will find them, or they will find you. They dont' find me anymore, because I don't look for them anymore.

Freedom from addiction is a great feeling!
