Thank God I've quite before I was caught or humiliated. I think what happened to you is that when you were drunk, you were doing what you normally do, or were in that mode. But because you were drunk, you didn't realize the situation. A similar thing happened to someone i know. Its a little different, but it describe consequences of getting caught doing things you pretend not to do. He was a family man, married for a long time. But in his spare time and probably during work, he would frequent the redlight district of his town, obviously without anyone knowing. One weekend, he and his family had went to visit family friends. On the way back home at night, he was busy talking with everyone in the car and was driving subconsciously. He hadn't realized which route he took. Only when he finally stopped the car and proceeded to get out, everyone realized that he stopped in front of a brothel. Maybe he drank a little, or was sleepy. Whatever the reason he ha driven to this brothel any problem, as if one can drive home without really thinking of way. As a result, he is going through all kinds of problems at home. The point is if you are going to have a secret life, then don't be in a weak situation, like being drunk. Or don't do taboo things secretly.
