Do like me and Shogun Tej, go to Night Clubs and Concerts. The women there are far more willing to get with you than stealing a rub on a bus or train. Unless a woman intiates contact or your experienced in reading body language like some of the guys and gals on here your asking for a world of Hurt. I saw a cat get arrested once on a chick that i was setting up to hump on the train about 6 mos. ago i had her all lined up she was white or Hispanic with tight white slacks on and a booming ass you could kinda see the thong through her pants the material was thin. she looked kinda old too like in her late 40's and in my experience older spanish and carribean women are always willing partners in humping and by her clothing and actions (she let a less crowded train that i just missed go by for the more crowded one we caught) she was looking for some rush hour fun. anyway i'm about to get on this ass when this bum ass dude unshaven, rumpled clothes, jumps right in front of me !! i was pissed and she wanted no part of this dude, at first she let him hump her, but when she turned around and saw him she started moving that ass away from him! he was undaunted though and was still trying to get on her ass. but in all of his lust he didn't see the 2 plainclothes cops that got on right behind me! They might have followed him on i don't know....but they signaled to the woman as she kept looking behind her and one showed her his shield. as soon as the train pulled into the next stop and people got off the train they snatched his ass right up !! I've been in the clubs getting my "groove on" with no problems ever since. But i will give you this tip, and it may keep you out of trouble, if you are on a bus or train stand close to your "partner" but don't touch her at all, just close enough too enter her comfort zone or "personal pace". Now she will do either of 2 things, she will put as much room as allowed between you (this woman is NOT a "partner") or she will move closer to you and may even rub against you lightly (this woman has potenial but it's still no sure thing) now some women will let you grind into their ass for your whole ride, some will only let the game go on a coupla stops, but whatever happens let her control the tempo, you lose your head and wind up like you dude in the paragraph above.
