The chikan season has come into full swing. The universities are all back in business with a whole new contigent of overseas students. And next week sees the start of the Grand Prix, the Moomba Festival with its free concerts, fireworks, parades and entertainment, the Automotive Show... plenty to attract visitors to the city and to fill up the venues, buses, trams and trains. Why do you then say that consent is not important?
