generally in my opinion critisism hurts more than it helps.people with good honest stories will sometimes be even more hesitant to share.it also can encourage useless competition which leads to increased embellishment and infighting both of which are "repetitive and mundane".i'm suspiciouse of critical lurkers who encourage stories anyway.although i personally need not worry as all my contributions are pure fantasy and i trually exspect to be cannonised soon after i croak.lol

Gropers grading system

Gropers could have statistics about their contribution to this board. Let´s say, that members of Hall of Fame and new comers could be graded by Master Ayashi. Each groper could have statistics about number of articles posted, number of posts done per month, and grades for each post. Every groper could have a Grade-Point Average done following this scale:
A 4.0 Excellent
A- 3.667 Satisfactory
B+ 3.333 Satisfactory
B 3.0 Satisfactory
B- 2.667 Fair
C+ 2.333 Fair
C 2.0 Fair
C- 1.667 Unacceptable
F 0.0 Failure

Its a shame these guys no longer contribute and have moved on as destiny might have it.
Apart from the minority the quality of posts on this board seems to be going downhill. Come on guys lets hear more quality stuff rather then mundane repeats of old posts.
