We had the same problems in India 30 years ago. It's very unpleasant to see your wife or GF being grabbed by these sexually frustrated maniacs and even worse for her, but we found the best way to cope with it was to shame the guy in front of other Indians. If any of you chickaners (or people who enjoy that type of stuff) are in the USA, next Wednesday there might be something on t.v. to see.
The previews for the t.v. show "The Amazing Race 4" (Thursday nights 8 P.M. EST), show the teams racing through India...in the few seconds of previews for next week, the team of the two blonde models are cramming into a train (or bus) in India...it is REALLY packed inside. The one blonde girl says something like "Stop touching my boob! I will get you kicked off the train!!".
Maybe there will be more to this...I just wanted to suggest this to you guys.

Hmmmmm . . . I'll have to see what you're talking about Master Ayashi. Sounds a bit complicated. Might be easier just to give all registered users the one title . . . "registered member" . . . then allow them to post under their handle. But what do I know? I'm not the technically knowledgeable one.

Firstly, you do not need to register yourself to post a message even after the login ID is introduced. You can still use your handle. (Though unregistered handle can be impersonated.) If you leave "Name" blank, "Guest" is your name. Nothing is changed so far.
If you elect to have login ID, you can have a title.

Perhaps there were a few false starts at the beginning of 2003, but by listening to what people wanted and going more gradually, Master Ayashi got some things right.

Master Ayashi - Login ID Good?
Master Ayashi, I have spoken to a few people off-board who are strongly opposed to the idea of a login ID. They believe it will make posting unecessarily burdensome. Also, some are concerned with privacy matters. They believe that these problems will lead to lower contribution to the board and do not want the login ID. Gentlebrush's idea sounds good in theory, but maybe it is not the best thing to implement right now as it will have a "chilling effect." At least that's how some people feel. Maybe others here have an opinion to share on the board? We already know what "guest's" is :-)

This is EXACTLY why we need to implement Gentlebrush's idea for a login ID. That way, people will be blocked from stealing somebody else's identity. They can still play games as "guest", but this kind of thing would be prevented.
