There is an underground city loop which becomes regular rail when it leaves the city loop. All routes are good in morning and evening peaks. But not regularly "crammed" as some of you describe the Victoria line in London or the J Line in Tokyo. We also have trams and buses which are also good.
Brothels are legal in our city so they are spread everywhere. You can ask any cab driver to take you. Generally they know where the best ones are. Many are clients themselves. Or you can look in the Yellow Pages.
Best times to come are when we have festivals and events. For example, start of March we have the Moomba festival and Grand Prix, in October we have the Football finals, and start of the Spring Racing Season which has as its highlight the Melbourne Cup on the first Tuesday in November, etc.
US Dollars go a long way here so everything is excellent value.
