Letīs say that our contribution to this board could have a grading system. Our montly performance could be evaluated by Master Ayashi through use of the following grades: Grade A. Excellent, This grade is given to gropers whose contribution to this board has been of very high caliber. Grade A-, B+, B, Satisfactory, This gade is given to gropers whose performance has been at a satisfactory level. Grade: B-, C+, C , Fair, this grade is given to gropers whose performance in this board is not at the level expected by Master Ayashi. Grade: C-, F, Failure, This grade is given to students whose performance in this board is unacceptable by Master Ayashi. Additionally, Master Ayashi could give us a monthly feedback about our performance, telling us those weak points that should improved. Carlos
