You are right. There are not many ways to actually "cup and hold". And apart from a full-on visible Schwarzenegger-style grope that can get you (and still might get him) into trouble, you really do need a tight crowd situation. Most common is where everyone is packed tight and you can put your hand in between the breast and whoever it is pressing against. This "Knocker Broker" technique can happen on public transport, fairs or amusements at the ticket booth or food/snacks drinks/novelty stalls, concerts, football/cricket/baseball games, and of course dance clubs where everyone congregates.
But some of the best "cup and hold" I've had have been where the girls breast was against me! In one situation at a crowded bar, I found my prospective braless suitably rounded and endowed girl and positioned my self so that I was standing near her, but with my back to her. I let the dynamics of the crowd move me closer to her so that eventually she was nudging against my arm. After ensuring that this was not a problem to her, I would take my other hand and swing it across my back as if to clutch my arm. The crowd would continue to shield me, and I would eventually be holding her breast and let the dynamics of the crowd assist me in the occasional gentle squeeze providing an instant "Crowded Knocker Squasher". The beauty of this situation, besides wishing you wank yourself at the same time with your other hand, is that you can "watch" the girl by listening to her conversation and be confident that she suspects nothing as you stand there.
I have used this rear "Knocker Hammer Lock" in many situations and find it most satifying. You'll find you can use it almost everywhere there is a crowd including public transport. But you need the crowd to help shield you.
