I injured my foot last week, so I won't be able give any current reports until the end of this week at the earliest. But I will tell of a few past encounters to show one of the things that can happen when you press against women's arms.
In May 96 I frotted a schoolgirl in an unusual way. We were on a bus, but her seat was too high for me to get at her shoulder, so I turned my still entrousered penis upwards and rubbed the tip against her bare forearm. She could have moved it, if she wanted to, and left me high and dry, but she didn't and I eventually came. Later on I heard through a third party that I had 'wet' her. It seems as though she had felt some moisture when I ejaculated.
A few years after this, I humped the shoulder of a bare armed young woman and a little while after I finished, she took out a napkin and rubbed it over her arm. Again she must have got a little moistened. No one had ever responded in this way before (this was before the Liquid on the Lady's Leg incident).
I had another encounter like this with a plump gas station attendant about a year later. It was a normal on-the-bus-shoulder-humping encounter, but the vehicle was very crowded and I had to remain pretty close to her after I had finished. At one point she accidentally touched a wet spot on my trouser leg and then looked up at me.
The point is that if you hump arms and you want to moisten your girl, it is quite easy, so long as she is wearing short sleeves. All you have to do is wait until your pants are wet, then brush your leg against the girl's arm.
