I like it when we can discuss our differences in a calm and peaceful way. Frotteurs are a sexual minority, even perhaps an endangered species in some countries, and we need to stick together and help each other where we can. I have a few responses to the points you made.
1. Liquid on the Lady's Leg.
a. It is very seldom that a frotteur ejaculates onto the skin of his woman, so we don't have hard evidence as to what the typical response is in these situations. However reasonable it may seem, speculation is only speculation.
b. If a woman has been allowing you to hump her and maybe enjoying it somewhat, I think she is more likely to accept getting a little wet than suddenly changing her mind and kicking up a fuss.
c. Don't forget cultural differences. Women in my part of the world are less assertive than they are in yours.
d. An unlikely story is not necessarily untrue. Unlikely things do happen. You yourself said in relation to one of your stories that truth is stranger than fiction. Life and history would be very dull if the only things that happened were likely and predictable.
2. Preference.
a. I mistook your meaning.Remember that words are used differently in different parts of the world, so you should not always say this is what so and so means full stop. My Oxford dictionary defines preference not just as a liking for something, but as the 'liking of one thing better than another'. If you go back to your statement and bear this sense in mind, I think you will see why I misunderstood you.
b. 'Not objecting' to something (my phrase) is not the same as 'desiring'it.
I'm sorry guys if this discussion bores you. I don't mind debates or discussions as such; I just don't like it when they become ill-tempered.
