Chikaning is an obsessive compulsive disorder

I checked the psychological disorder called froteurism or as we call it chikanism. Apparently it falls under the mental illness called obsessive conpulsive disorder. Frotteurs are also often voyeurs and exhibitionists and the are into other fetishes. They are not satisfied by normal sex. They need something unusual to satisfy their urges. Apparently the thrill of chikan comes from molesting a stranger and the feeling of uneasiness that it causes in the victim, and the fact that the chikan is taking a risk. All these factors contribute to the pleasure of the chikan to satisfy his compulsion. In other words the act of chikan is a ritual to satisy the chikans' compulsion. For those interested in treating this perversion, there is apparently a medication called Paxil. It is an anti obessive compulsive medication that fixes your brain in such manner that your chikaning urges will diminish and gradually disappear. Please do not take my comment as medical advice. Consult your doctor for treatment. I am just disclosing what I read.
