Well, when I was younger, I would go to A LOT of concerts (punk shows)...now, I am not sure if this actually qualifies as 'chikaning'....but girls were groped (knowingly and unknowingly) left and right...

When girls float (i.e. carried by everyone above the crowd), it is a free for all on their body. Most expect this and just do their best to keep the groping at a minimal level.

When the shows are playing (especially punk shows where there are mosh pits), there really is no way for these girls to protect themselves when they are close to the stage.

And upskirters are everywhere (malls and libraries in particular). Sure, almost every guy will take glances at girls in skirts. It is the ones that are in a certain place PURPOSEDLY to look up girls skirts that I am talking about.

And I once saw a man with a video camera following a girl in a skirt. He had a bag with a hole in it and had the bag directly underneath her as she walked. It was actually quite amazing that I saw the hole and the bag cam because I only saw him for a couple of seconds.
