Anyway, I was not trying to be sneaky or anything. I have not posted here for awhile and I forgot my name.

To answer the question, the chikan in New York was standing behind the teen girl. There was a group of people at a barricade (there were a lot of barricades for security purposes). The teen was pretty tall with long straight black hair. She was wearing tight, soft black pants. He was just standing DIRECTLY behind her and he was looking off into space. I do not know if he looked obvious to anyone else, but to any of you on here (as well as me), it was easy to see exactly what he was doing.

He was REALLY close to her, but her was not actually touching her. He was close enough to smell her (I know this because I was further away and could still smell her). He would periodically look down at her butt and continually position himself so he was DIRECTLY behind her.

I could not be certain, but I am pretty sure that he was not actually touching her...His hands were not in his pocket, but they were down at his side and I think he was touching himself a bit...but once again, I can not be sure.

When the teen left with her friends, he followed closely behind.

Not the greatest story ever but I just wanted to share it with you guys....
