It must be pointed out that this guy was a "marked man." First of all, it just so happens that he humped the author of the article and her friends! Then, BY CHANCE, she saw him again at an outdoor show . . . STANDING NEXT TO HER . . . with his dick out!

The guy had been reported as a problem elsewhere, and had gotten arrested. He was also a marked man because had a reporter on his tail. They took a chance that this known offender would show up again in the same place for the same group, AND HE DID!!!

Chikaner's advice for being prudent and exercising caution is right, and should be followed. But, there is no question that a number of circumstances came together to get this guy caught, including his lack of discretion, his predictability, and a zealous writer who had been one of his prey and was out to get him knicked.
