I have done this technique several times, and I have met many well educated ladies who speak English, some were professionals working for companies and even some were english teachers of Venezuela living in Caracas or in other cities of Venezuela. You will notice that a lot of people will be using bad words, but they are just kidding. Usually those who speak English will be those who are educated people. After you meet a lady who could be interesting to you, ask her to chat using MSN chat which is better, or ask if she could tell you her e-mail address. Try to chat during the most crowded hours of those chat rooms, in the evenings, and weekends. Change to other chat rooms such as LA TERRAZA (the terrace). Sometimes these chat rooms contain more than 100 people speaking.
