Hey mate chin up, look I’ve been in trouble before with the police, not sex related, but drug related. This was at a time when the law was heavy on it, and it was a real drain on me. Look I don’t know your circumstances, but you must collect your self together. You have been caught once, so just say it was a one off, a miss understanding, you have to play the game. If you feel the police have got a waterproof case or you have confessed, then get your solicitor, to get a pre sentence report done. They will then send you to a probation officer who will talk to you about why you did it, and build up a profile for the magistrate, so he can pass sentence. Now see the advantage of then been able to put across an explanation of why it happened. I would recommend, you would claim to be suffering from stress and depression, if you need some info on symptoms and so forth let me know and I will point you in the direction.
Look its not the end of the world, some positives might come from this, you might get good treatment, and find away of stopping. I bet my house your probley already suffering from depression, so hopefully this might get you help for this or any other problem.
