Re: Mr. Sticky Pants - Question
Your DNA could be obtained from the load you left on the girl's ass. Then, what they'd have to do is obtain another DNA sample from you somehow to see if there's a match. Remember a little scandal involving an intern, a dress, and a U.S. President???
I watched a crime show on TV where law enforcement was looking again at a "cold case" murder that had gone unsolved for many, many, many years. They had developed a suspect, but the murder had been committed before advancements in the uses of DNA to solve crimes.
However, the situation was that there actually had been some evidence retained that could be used with today's DNA crime-solving techniques. They obtained a DNA sample from that evidence. But then, how to get a sample from the suspect without tipping him off?
Law enforcement put a stakeout on him, watching his every move. They got a sample from him when he threw away a cup he had been drinking from while on an outing at a park with his family. There was a DNA match! And that spelled the beginning of the end for the murderer who thought he had gotten away with his crime after the passage of all those years.
The show played a tape of part of his interrogation by the police. The interrogator stepped out of the room for a moment, but a hidden camera continued to film the suspect . . . with the idiot sitting there and furiously rubbing his hands against his jeans . . . thinking that he could rub his fingerprints off! Fool! Not only can you not do that, but they have something far more damning against you! He was sent away . . . for life. There is no death penalty in the state where he committed his heinous crime.
So, think about it. No chikan is going to be sent away for life for sperming on a girl's butt. However, it is still a crime in the U.S. And if law enforcement wanted to go after somebody, then the same basic strategy could be used. Get the DNA from the semen sample, then get some DNA from your suspect. If there's a match, then you got your guy.
But, the process normally takes a LOT of man hours and money. Chikan is not as serious as murder, and few law enforcement agencies are going to go through all of that to catch a chikan. I think it would have to come to a particular jurisdiction's attention that there's a "serial wet humper" in town . . . kinda like these serial groper guys on bicycles who draw all this attention to themselves by groping womens' ass cheeks as they zoom by. It gets in the news and becomes "high profile".
A wet humper would have to create that kind of stir in a town I would think . . . multiple women going to the police with reports of finding semen on their clothing. That would lead the authorities to send the semen samples to the lab to see if they come from the same person. If so, then they would know they have a serial wet humper, and then might decide to set up an operation to try to catch the pervert. If, for some reason, the wet humper's DNA is already on file and matches that from the spunk stain, then they got him!
