These chikans make use of crowds to approach their victims, which are mostly women. Some Chikans would even grope little girls. They are called “ cebolletas” .

( Note: “ Cebolletas” come from the word cebolla, that means onion, in this case cebolletas like groping onion butt ).

Telecinco ( channel of TV in Spain ) has filmed the moment when one chikan got close to a lady. She noticed that the man behind her was touching her and she looked back at him as a forewarning. The chikan did not care and he rubbed up against her bum. The lady got angry and she informed her boyfriend that someone was molesting her. She told her boyfiriend “ There is too much grinding and rubbing here “

The gropers “cebolletas” not only rub up against their victims but also they masturbate themselves while a woman in front of them.

Until now an authorities have not done nothing against these gropers, since the police are not able to act unless they have a previous formal report against these gropers and don`t have any report.
