All I know for sure is that if you get caught doing this here in Malaysia, you'll be beaten up by the mob first before they hand you over to the police. So, no matter how exciting the idea of feeling up a cute Malaysian lady wearing a tiny micro-skirt in a jam packed metro bus is..I still can't get over the fear of actually been beaten up half dead by a mob...
